You completed the "Did God Really Say?" QUiz

According to your responses, it sounds like you want more clarity.

Wanting clarity is a great thing! Keep asking God to help you learn to recognize His voice and His involvement in your life. Nobody can tell you for sure if you're hearing God speak, that's between you and Him. But I can tell you that God wants to speak with you. It's good that you desire to hear Him speak, and He will continually help you learn to recognize His voice.

Here's some practical tips to help you as you practice listening for God's voice:

When God speaks

What God says always aligns with His character, nature, Kingdom, and Word. His thoughts are higher than yours, constantly inviting you to trust & receive from Him. His voice produces the fruit of the Spirit in your life, always wrapped in unending love. God stills, guides, reassures, calms, and convicts—never rushing, pushing, frightening, stressing, or condemning.

You may have some confusion or mixed feelings about:

  • What God is like.
  • What the Bible says.
  • How God thinks and feels toward you.
  • How to distinguish God's voice from your thoughts.
  • What He's saying specifically on this topic if it's really important to you or significant for your future.

Don't stress about it. Keep investing the time to know God more and discover more of your identity in Him. ALSO, based on your result, you're actively learning to recognize when it's not God speaking. That's HUGE. Knowing when it's not God is a vital aspect of recognizing when it is Him.

as you saw in the quiz, feelings and filters impact our ability to hear God.
